Describe the copyrighted work, and copy the full link to each video involved.
Add your contact details
Include your name, address, telephone number and email address.
Include the required statements
Add the good-faith and accuracy statements listed in our Copyright Policy, together with your signature.
Send it to our copyright agent
Send your notice to the agent listed in our Copyright Policy, using the subject line "DMCA Notice".
