Accepting these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and YT2 Pro LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. By using YT2MP3 Pro, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy and our Copyright Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who can use the service

You must be at least 16 years old to use YT2MP3 Pro. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and can legally accept these terms.

Our service

YT2MP3 Pro lets you submit a link to a single video and receive an audio file. We do not host a library of music or videos, and converted files are deleted automatically within 1 hour. We may limit the length of videos, the number of conversions or the features available.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use the service. You agree that you will:

• Convert only content that you own, that you have permission to use, or that you are otherwise legally allowed to copy.
• Follow all laws that apply to you, including copyright laws.
• Follow the terms of any third-party service that you use with YT2MP3 Pro, including YouTube.

What you must not do

You must not:

• Use the service to infringe copyright or any other right.
• Distribute or sell converted files without the rights to do so.
• Attempt to convert private, paid or members-only content.
• Use bots or automated tools to access the service, or try to get around its limits.
• Interfere with the service, overload it or try to gain unauthorized access to it.

Copyright and blocked content

We respond to valid copyright notices as described in our Copyright Policy. We may block specific videos or channels from conversion, and we may restrict people who repeatedly infringe copyright.

Our site and brand

We own the YT2MP3 Pro website, including its design, text and software, except for third-party content and open-source components. These terms do not give you any rights to our brand or to third-party content.

YT2MP3 Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.

Third-party services and ads

The service may show ads or link to third-party websites. We do not control those websites or advertisers and are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

Service availability

The service may change, stop working or become unavailable at any time, including when third-party services change or block access. We may suspend or end the service, or your access to it, at any time.

No warranties

The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the service will be accurate, secure or uninterrupted.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, YT2 Pro LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed US$100.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and compensate YT2 Pro LLC for claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that result from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms, to the extent the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the effective date. If you keep using the service after an update, you accept the new terms.
