How to fix conversion and download problems
Work through these checks if a conversion fails or a file will not download.

Check the link
Make sure that you copied the full link to a single video. Playlist links, private videos and paid content will not work.
Check the video's length
There is a limit on video length, so a very long video may not convert.
Try again in a few minutes
The service may be busy or temporarily unavailable. Refresh the page and try again later.
Convert it again if the file has expired
Files are deleted within 1 hour. If your download link no longer works, start a new conversion.
