Speech and music are different
Speech usually stays clear at a lower bitrate than music. A speech-only podcast can often use a smaller file, while a show with a lot of music may need more data.
Try a starting point
Many podcasters start around 128 kbps, then adjust from there. Export a short sample at different settings and compare them on headphones and phone speakers.
Check your host
Your podcast host may have recommended settings or file limits, so check its guidance before exporting your final file. Keep your lossless original as well.
