Clean up the recording
Start with a copy of your original. Remove long mistakes and distractions, but leave enough natural pauses so the conversation still sounds human.
Balance the sound
Make each voice about equally loud, and reduce background noise gently. Check any music or sound effects, and confirm that you have the right to use them.
Do a final check
Listen to the start, the end and each edit point. Check the title and episode details, then keep your project files until you are sure that everything is correct.
